SMS Terms & Conditions – Lonago Capital

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (“Program”) offered by Lonago Capital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an auto finance company providing direct lending services. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages (via checkbox opt-in during our online credit application or other forms), you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

The Lonago Capital SMS Program sends non-promotional, transactional text messages only. These may include:

  • Follow-up messages related to your loan inquiry or application
  • Reminders (e.g., payment due dates, appointments)
  • Scheduling confirmations or rescheduling requests
  • Account updates (e.g., payment confirmations, insurance expirations, title status, loan servicing notifications)

We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or solicitation messages (e.g., no new loan offers, rate promotions, or upsell content). All messages are related to servicing your existing loan or inquiry with Lonago Capital as the direct lender.

2. Consent & Opt-In

You provide express written consent to receive SMS messages by:

  • Actively checking one or more unmarked checkboxes on our online credit application form (or other direct contact forms on lonagocapital.com) where you provide your mobile number.

Consent language examples include:

  • “I want to receive non-marketing messages, including updates and news, on the phone number provided.”
  • “By checking this box, I consent to receive text messages related to reminders, scheduling and follow-ups from Lonago Capital. You can reply STOP to opt-out at any time. Messages and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Reply HELP to 678-365-4969 for assistance. Important: Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for, receiving, or being approved for credit or any other service. You must affirmatively check the box—no pre-checked or implied consent is used.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and needs. You may receive up to 5 messages per week in connection with inquiries or servicing, but typically fewer. We do not send messages outside of reasonable hours (generally 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time).

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Lonago Capital does not charge any additional fees for sending or receiving these messages, but standard carrier charges (e.g., for texts or data) may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of the Program at any time—no further action required:

  • Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message we send.
  • You will receive a one-time confirmation message verifying your opt-out.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us (except a single confirmation if applicable). Opting out does not affect your loan account or servicing communications via other channels (e.g., email, mail, phone).

The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Messages may not be deliverable on all carriers or in all circumstances (e.g., international numbers, blocked services). We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages due to carrier issues, your device settings, or other factors beyond our control.

Your mobile number and related information collected for the Program are used solely for transactional communications and account servicing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
